About Justin
I am a professional MMA fighter. A well as I am a personal trainer. I have worked with people of all ages helping them learn combat sports, as well as strengthen their bodies.
I enjoy seeing that spark in people when they grasp a concept, or gain confidence in themselves.
I have been in combat sports as a fighter for over 12 years. I have been an athlete as a wrestler for over 25. I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years.
