About Simon
Experience boxing from the view of a professional. Acquire knowledge from someone who has shared the ring and training camps with elite fighters and trainers such as Floyd Mayweather Sr and Canelo Alvarez.
Whether your goal is self defense, weight loss or because you've always wanted to learn the sweet science, I'm your guy.
I love the sweet science and passing on my knowledge. Seeing the increased confidence in a protégé is a beautiful thing.
I started as a fighter helping fellow fighters. I've taken all the good traits of all my coaches and combined them into my own style. I've taught teenagers and kids as well. Coaches have always told me I'd make a great coach.
Competed for 11 years. 3 years as a pro. Shared the ring with countless contenders and pound for pound world champions. Trained people of all levels from beginners to pros, working the corners to fellow professionals.

I've worked with beginners who've never thrown a punch to undefeated professionals.
Look for someone who is willing to actually educate you on defense and offense instead of just beating a bag. I refuse to create bag beaters.

I pride myself on giving you the knowledge that you will keep for the rest of your life, and pass on to others.
1 person- $59 per session.
2 people- $79 per session.
3 people (max)- $99 per session.
Training is 1 hour. Will start with the basics along with minor conditioning. A solid foundation is very important.
