About James
I have completed 51 years of mixed martial arts training and the best way to learn about what I am up to is visit my website (concealed information) and go to my Youtube channel JDsModernMartialArts. There is lots of information there.
I enjoy helping people achieve their healthy fitness goals while teaching them to gain confidence while learning to protect themselves or those they love.
I actually became temporarily totally disabled in 1975 and its a long story that can be read here
