Well I loved learning and working with Rock's training, he taught me many exercises and techniques that helped me with speed and power and endurance. He taught me how to run hills for lower body strength and endurance. I became a very conditioned and confident athlete and excelled from his knowledge. He is a great person to work with I highly recommend Rock's Boxing training just an overall great person and teacher.
