Starting them in a "Beginner" or "All Levels" class, usually taught by Lead Instructor Nick Marr & Assisted by one or more Assistant Instructors (Coach Shaun, Coach Cory, Coach Cisco, etc.)... Each time the Lead Instructor teaches a technique, he & the Assistant Instructors can help the new people on an individual basis.
