About Troy
I offer a one-of-a kind customized program experience for each of my clients. I also conduct self-defense seminars, workshops (Lunch & Punch), classes, and both group and private training. Let me design a customized self-defense training program tailored just for you. I can train at my location or come to you. Let’s start your training!
I have the pleasure of helping people to reach their goals and transform their lives. Helping others in their journey toward their goals is deeply satisfying.
My martial arts journey began at the age of 5. I discovered an early propensity for excelling in martial arts of all forms.
I am a Gold certified Krav Maga Instructor with Krav Maga Alliance. I am a certified Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor with Trans Muay Thai Association. I hold a 2nd degree Black Belt rank in Tae Kwon Do. In addition I have a teachers proficiency in multiple Martial Arts including Boxing, Jujitsu, and Tang So Do.

All of our clients receive a customized training program based on their goals and objectives. We strive to provide the absolute best training experience for our clients. We make sure that every client is in a comfortable and safe environment for learning. We encourage client feedback and are open to adapting any program to suit the clients needs.
My students include a cross section of the general populace. We also provide training for all types of organizations, groups, and companies both big and small.
My advice would be to come prepared to challenge yourself with a fun, educational, and life changing training experience.
I recently provided a self-defense seminar for an at-risk group that had experienced multiple violent encounters among its members.

Troy is the best trainer I have ever had. He is knowledgeable and client focused. I have learned so much from him.
I'm a father of an 11 year old young man, that has had the honor of learning under a great instructor. I have had a little training years ago. I am also prior service Military.
We are happy with the results being learned for health benefits as well as self defense being taught by Troy Logan.
The training sessions have people from different backgrounds. Each session that we have attended, have been inclusive of male and female students of various ages. The class seems to meet people where they are. We have noticed people with prior training as well as first time martial arts students. I have even brought guests.
