About Rami

I am experienced in boxing Muay Thai and kickboxing, I currently work at UFC Gym Wrigleyville where I am a trainer there. I have clients and people I train but I can't at the moment since the gym is closed. Very versatile and helping people gain skills, get in shape, lose weight, or whatever their goal is

I enjoy the fact that I get to help people gain skills, lose weight, and help them reach their goal. I also enjoy doing the actual work itself since I am a very hands person

I got started teaching in the gym that I was training at. One of my coaches told me I should start teaching since I was already around the gym most of the time and already knew how everything was run. I began teaching boxing classes and strength and conditioning when I first started and moved on up from there. With now growing in other areas, having multiple clients and learning new skills to teach

I have been boxing since I was 9 years old and when I turn 18 I took up MMA and Muay Thai. I am currently competing in more Thai right now and kickboxing, looking to do MMA and the future. I am not only a fighter I also trained people that are looking to lose weight, learn to fight, or just be in shape and have skills.

About the lesson

Working with new students I would ask them some questions to find out what their goal is and go from there. I can help a system and whatever they're looking for

I have worked with all types of students from beginners too fighters, and from people with no experience just trying to lose weight and gain some knowledge

My advice to students would be to ask questions and give the coach a try, see how the first session goes and if you like it then continued to work with them

My most recent event was before my gym closed I was teaching one of my clients there to help get ready for the marathon. Also that month I was cornering another one of my clients that was fighting in the Golden Gloves before it got cancelled

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should think of what they want or are trying to gain, their end goal. If they are looking to lose weight, gain skills, or learn how to fight I can be of assistance with that. Also any questions they have that they can think of or are curious on can be answered

Like to do $35 for one hour 25 for half hour, but that can be discussed with the individual themselves if they need to adjust price or anyting
