About Angela

I am a holistic life in Mindset Coach with a strong focus and gratitude, personal accountability, and reducing toxins in the body as well as the environment.

I love my clients! I love being able to show them things about themselves and helping them make drastic changes in their lives!

I started out as a business coach and quickly realized that you’ve got to move people past a lot of personal junk before you can move them forward in business. It was an easy transition for me from business to life coach. I still do a little business coaching the side.

I’ve been a coach for 10 years.

About the lesson

I meet with them over the phone for a 45 minute discovery call where we discuss their biggest struggles, where they want to be in life, and decide whether or not we are a good fit for working together.

Most of my clients are between the ages of 35 and 65. I work with men and women from all walks of life. I’m currently working with a CEO in healthcare, an IT professional, a dentist with their own practice, and a stay at home mom, just to name a few..

Look for a coach who has been through what you’re struggling with, someone who displays proof of value, and someone with strong testimonials.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are you currently struggling with? What do you think is behind that struggle? What have you tried in the realm of self self help? How committed are you to the change necessary to move you forward? What are you willing to invest (time and money) for that change?
