About Silvia
WYctr focus on Yoga for Accident and Injuries through modification of Postures and whole body approch. Silvia is International Certified Registered Yoga Therapist c-IYT, E-500RYT and licensd Bodyworker. Elizabeth Integrative Yoga Teacher with 200 hr Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher by the Yoga Alliance USA. Yoga is for all people, race and heritage.
I noticed many years ago (20+) that you can help yourself and be in charge of your own health. My own healing of back, neck pain due to a car accident and other illnesses/trauma inspired me to learn more and to share my knowledge.
I am licsend Massage/Bodworker since 2006. Intensive training in the field of Yoga Therapy since 2001. Certifcate in Structorial Yoga Therapy and Integrative Yoga Therapy as well as Trauma informed Yoga.
