About Kristen
I love providing students with free guided meditations. It allows for growth at their own pace and no one should have to go broke trying to reduce stress and live a more blissful life.
Hearing feedback from students and clients on the progress they have made. The delight and freedom in their voices when they have learned to still the mind and free the spirit, is the entire reason I create meditations!
