I aim to inspire & empower individuals to know that they hold everything they need to accomplish their health & wellness goals. As well as connecting with each client hearing & listening in about their story/journey. This helps me help clients the best way possible by building trust, loyalty & experience working with different needs. Over the last three years as a yogi & professional instructor I've received the following certifications below:
RYT-200 Vinyasa Yoga Certification
50hr Vinyasa Power Yoga
