About Nina

As a Relationship Coach I can help you realign yourself with your new vision starting with your relationship with yourself and moving outward. I work both the Internal track of your thoughts, feelings, perceptions, beliefs, etc. AND the external track of actions, skills, and behaviors.

Learning how to relate to yourself first will be paramount as you will have yourself as your biggest ally and will be there with yourself 24/7. I will be giving you (agreed upon) assignments to do between sessions with reading, audios, writing, etc. as each exercise requires.

Session length is typically 25 minutes but can be 90 minutes or more depending on the prior agreed upon work. If you would like to discuss more in depth, I will extend a complimentary session one time and we can discuss a discounted package offer.

By Learning! As an education junkie (aka "Lifelong Learner") I have been invited to teach groupls and that naturally evolved into individual coaching. As a natural Cheerleader and a Possibilian who is often more excited by other's happiness, accomlishments and successes than they are, I am perfectly suited to coaching and am consulted often.

Together we assess the most critical need to address that will benefit the client most and then start the learning and practicing new skills process that will fulfill the need most effectively.

I choose to only work with clients who are committed to their personal growth and development.

Interview them to see if you have the right chemistry to bring out the best in you. The best teacher on paper may not be the best teacher for you personally.

I was leading a marriage retreat on a 40 ft. Catamaran in the British Virgin Islands. We had teaching and relating exercises in the morning along with sailing and then played in the water (snorkeling, paddel boarding, etc.) or exploring on the islands in the afternoons followed by fun dinners aboard or on shore.

Witnessing the revelations and ah-has and new found tenderness of participants was thrilling and so fulfilling.
