About Pam
I offer an approach to coaching that ephasizes you as the expert in your life. I help you identify not only your goals but why these goals are important to you. I help you identify obstavles and how to overcome them. I have over 20 years counseling background. I have received my training in coaching from the Duke Integrative Medicine program.
I enjoy helping people understand they are the experts in their lives and have the ability to identify their vision for their life and make it happen. I enjoy seeing people living their best lives!
I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I started because I wanted to help people overcome difficulties in their lives.
I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt University.
I have completed the foundation program for Integrative Health Coaching at Duke Integrative Medicine.
I have over 20 years of experience would with people of all ages in all types of settings.

About the lesson

I use a very thorough assessment based on the Duke Integrative Medicine Wheel of Health, which takes into account all aspects of your life. I provide a 90 minute evaluation session to review this assessment and help you identify your focus for change. We will have a minimum of 6 30 minute sessions after that, twice a month, to fully develop your plan and assist you overcome any obstacles you may face.
All ages, from 3 - 80s, male and female, from many different backgrounds and orientations.
Look for someone who you feel you can connect with. Trust your gut!

Details
