About Kyle
We have developed a comprehensive wellness pyramid model. We offer information, products, services and programs in the following areas; Spiritual, Nutrition, Sleep-Rest-Recovery, Holistic Evaluations, Exercise-Activity, Nutritional Supplementation, Personal Care-Hygiene, Indoor Environment, Outdoor Environment and Energy Medicine. We will meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. We have been doing wellness for 30 plus years. It is who we are and what we do.
I began teaching and training back in my high school and college days.
Exercise Science/Nutrition, Masters Holistic Nutrition, Individual Fitness Nutrition Certification, Energy Balance Therapist Certification, Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor.

Initially we go through a questionnaire/evaluation to get to know of any issues we may need to address or work around. We then take some baseline measurements and readings such as blood pressure, weight, body composition, resting heart rate and more. After this we design a unique program to meet their wellness goals

Details
We charge $20 per hour all prorated at $5 every 15 minutes. All travel expenses are figured the same.
