About Aubrey
The bride trainer specializes in helping men and women of all ages reach their fitness goals and lead a healthier and happier lifestyle. I first began solely training brides because my mother is a bridal designer, but quickly opened up my clientele to all who aspire to improve their lifestyles.
i have a bachelor’s degree in motivational after 8?’onths at equinox, I left to begin my own business. psychology. I was a former 4 year division 1 athlete in 2 sports. Upon graduating college, I was a personal trainer at equinox in NYC. There I spent 150+ hours at the equinox fitness training institute where I learned kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, flexibility, program design and business ethics.

I alwaysbegin the relationship by offering a complimentary consultation. Here, we get to know each other and I take them through a questionnaire that address their life as a whole— fitness, medical, nutrition, stress level, confidence, etc.
I have worked with high school and collegiate athletes , elderly women, women with anorexia, epilepsy, gastric bypass, kidney transplant, liver transplant, heart transplant , cancer survivors.
