I'm a people person & love helping my clients bridge the gap between where they are & where they wanna be 💯

• Previously worked for both the YMCA & 24 Hour Fitness 🏋️♀️

• Current gym owner who can demonstrate hundreds of different exercises (as well as achieve full body workouts) from my private facility 💪🏽
