About Delfina
We can help you achieve any goal you set for yourself, inside the gym and out. We will help you find your inner super hero.
I grew up dancing and doing gymnastics and in that world, you teach as soon as you turn 13! I have been teaching for as long as I can remember and have only become a better coach with each new client I meet. I use a client centered approach where we learn from each other and grow with each other. My approach to teaching is more collaborative.
