About Emily

1 of 1300 Certified Yoga Therapists in the world and only also Board Certified Wellness Coach. Emily beautifully melds ancient yogic techniques with cutting edge health and wellness research to be able to fully address your whole being (body, mind and spirit) and help you get back to living the amazing life your deserve.

You will work together to discover the core imbalances causing your discomforts and create a personalized practice and plan that fits in with your life and your goals. There’s no one size fits all and nothing will be forced upon you. Emily is gifted at making everyone feel safe and accepted as she uncoveres what fuels you and helps you transform.

Emily’s skills include yoga asana (from therapeutic to power), meditation, pranayama, chanting, reiki, aroma therapy, functional nutrition, life coaching, health and wellness coaching, desire mapping and more.

I love the moment of realization when my clients see that they can surpass their struggles and propel their lives to whatever they wish.

About the lesson

I have worked with hundreds of people over the years helping them heal from moderate to severe injuries, digestive/sleep/hormone/energy issues, autoimmune conditions, anxiety and depression, chronic pain and more.

I’ve also worked with people in verious stages of life transition when they are unsure of why they are unhappy and looking for how to bring more joy into their lives and/or to discover what is their next step in life.

I highly recommend jumping on any free call offered. When you are doing work to heal yourself, you will sore so much faster when you find the right person to support you.

And if they are not right, don’t be afraid to say so. You both need to be a good fit. 💕
