About Traci Lynn

I have been in the health and fitness profession for almost 30 years. I specialize in weight loss, endurance, sports specific, strength training, weight training, nutrition, mindset, mental health, goal setting, overcoming addictions, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning. I lead you to not only a better body but a better mind. The best part of me is I love what I do! And you will know it I love helping people reach their goals and watch their bodies and minds transform and change for the better. To be able to help people in the area of health and wellness and fitness is the best career on the planet I believe. Without your health you have nothing! I practice what I preach.

TLCULEASHED - Traci Lynn Cowan

I was a high level sports professional back home in Canada and a track and field all star growing up I’ve played sports and been in Fitness my whole life since I was two years old. I started training at my first gym and working there when I was 16.

I have years and years of education, training and experience in my field of work.

About the lesson

I will asses the new student and let them know what my honest opinion is as to what are the next steps to move forward to help them reach their goals. I will give my honest feedback after an evaluation and then we will move forward with however many days and times the student would like and that we have a greed upon.

I have worked with students ranging from children, pro athletes, bodybuilders, celebrities, regular people, obese individuals and so much more.

When hiring a teacher in my area of expertise. I would always make sure I ask the right questions and make sure that the teacher is a good fit for you so that you can reach your goals, thrive and be happy at the same time.

A recent event I did was a charity event to help women struggling from domestic violence. The one I did before that was another charity event helping people overcome adversity in life. I love to give back and help where I can.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

What you realistically want to achieve what your realistic goals are and a realistic time Frame of how you want to get it done. The reason why I put the word realistic again and again. Sometimes we lose sight of realistic goals and this can cause disappointment. We want the client to be successful as well as the teacher. If you are a success I am a success.
