About Jennifer
Inspiring Women in the Art of Self Care and Self Love to awaken your most beautiful, healthy and empowered self. I can guide you in creating a self care regimen to optimize health, love who you are and discover you passion and purpose in reineventing a new career route, or other areas of life in which you seek to change and feel you need some help in the process.
Jennifer Andrea provides Wellness Counseling; Personal Development; Stress and Emotional Regulation techniques, and Health Coach (in training) and Life Coaching.

I love helping woman reconnect with their divine truth, self nurturing capabilities and witnessing transformation both personally and professionally. I have always believe that there is a connection with our physical and emotional health and want to help women instill self care and self love in their lives. I love that there are simple tools to implement in helping to change behavior, reduce stress, regulate emotions, create new awareness in lifestyle. Let me help you and guide you through a transformation journey to be the best self you can be.
I have 20 years has a health professional. I have a certification from the Hawaii Wellness Institute in Peer Mentoring, Wellness Counseling and Motivational Life Coaching. I also provide Emotional Healing sessions via Heart Centered Therapy, where appropriate to help women in cultivating and integrating an enhanced relationship to self and integration of a whole self. I worked as a Product Marketing Manager in Career Development in an HR company so can help in areas of finding your strengths and skills, how to feel more confident in the interviewing process and suggestion with resume writing. I currently am in training as a Health Coach and can provide tips for you to enhance areas of your life by addressing nutrition, how you eat, emotional eating, etc. I am working towards an upgraded certification to be a MASTER of HABIT CHANGE.

Jennifer is an amazing empowerment and self love coach for women. She knows how to work with you to bring the best out of you and grow in self love. We did 14 sessions together which allowed me to find my strengths and deal with past emotions that held me back and did not allow me to move forward. During my coaching journey with Jennifer, I have been able to step out of my comfort zone and start my own business and work on a long time dream of getting yoga certified.
