About Thomas

I do a comprehensive screening on a client before training or writing any program, I look at you biomechanics and how your body functions, I look at your physiology, I do personality testing to make sure our communication is spot on, and programming is based off how you are wired

Initial complimentary consultation, talk and find common ground, their thinking process, past experiences, medical or injury background, sports background, find out what they are looking for, what they want to achieve and In their mind, expectations to make that happen, I qualify them to work with me, it's a commitment, and I'm good at what I do, and get the results, but only if the client follows their specific individualized plan, I'm looking for commitment level, and I want to know their "why" they want it, they need to know what they on an emotional level, or they will never get their by sheer will power, then I lay out my process to front load the data on them, how everything is functioning, it's an intake, extensive one, but by doing that they have a much greater chance of success.
