Offering a basic flat rate per practice / lesson / session based on the hours and offerings being exchanged. location pricing is based on a 25 mile max travel, anything further will be negotiated in consultation.

_ for a full holistic health coaching plan i do require a deposit for the assesment and program after the first consultaion call. Prices are cheaper with decissive action! Taking action deserves to be rewarded. i give discounts and speciall offers when people take action same day.

After the first session, meeting, or practice we can then discuss and work out a plan together involving future routines or sessions needed with appropriate cost for the individuals needs as a packaged treatment routine.

if we do not meet in person and a scheduled weekly lesson is more the desired goal, i am here to support whatever your lifestyle needs are.

I do require a small deposit based on any meal plan or nutrition regiment. That will only be valid if a intuitive coaching plan is agreed upon and discussed further.
