About Carmen
Hello. I am a registered nurse specializing in health and life coaching. Most of my experience is in critical care medicine and mental health. I derive my expertise from my 20 year experience working in a health care setting.
I continue to work with patients and clients even after they have completed treatment and goals. Its so enjoyable to see smiles and confidence when they have finally reached their path!
I started when I realized that I have a passion in counselling and coaching people into becoming the best version of themselves, mind, body and soul.
I have 20 year experience in working at a healthcare setting, a certificate from National Society of Health Coaches.

Our first consulation will be free to assess if we are comfortable with each other. Then, if my student will come back, a $70/hour comsulation will happen but it also comes with an open email or text consultation everyday.
