Learn the value of Watercolor, while also bonding with others online or hanging out and isolating.

Art is proven to help us open up our feelings part of our brain. This is the life couch piece. While we create you will find yourself thinking things deeply and your heart opening to new possibilities.

I am a Christian and we can incorporate prayer and your spiritual life into this process as well if you want to.

I love to hear peoples stories and see them heal while they paint. I have personally found that painting has helped me be open to letting God touch those deep wounds and find hope again.

I have been painting since High School and you don't want to know how many decades that is.... okay I'm 50. I have a lot of life experience and have learned the thing we need most is to not be alone. We all need a mentor or friend to walk with us as we discover for ourselves the path to take. I have recently discovered the love of watercolor and how healing it is to sit and paint. I love watercolor because most people can afford a simple set but as you grow and learn you can invest in more, but encourage using what you have to start.

About the lesson

Let's jump in. I'm a watercolor artist and life coach here to help you be creative and release yourself so you can help yourself lead a more fullfilling life and create art for friends and family. While on the this path you create beautiful art that can be given as a gift that helps your friends and family also have a brighter day. So grab the art supplies you have (I started with a child's watercolor set and copy paper) and let me know where you are at. I will give you a fun project or inspiration to get you started and we can zoom paint together and chat. I will be here to help you with your painting skills and listen to you and also share with you other online painting resources, some are free and some at minimal cost, that have helped me and continue to help me in this process. Then we can get together and share. Let's help each other! We can also epaint if you have equipment for that.
