About Paul

I graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2016 with a Bachelors in Fitness and Wellness. I've been coaching basketball for 9 years (since 2012). I'm a Certified Exercise Physiologists with the American College of Sports Medicine, and have been personal training since 2015. I ran a youth basetball academy in Bend Oregon for 3 years where I worked with collegient athletes and youth athletes. I am back living in Flastaff, eager to coach and train anyone whos willing to put in the work, any age, with any passion. Feal free to reach out.

Injuries during my college carreer propelled me to learn more about effective training. I've always prepared myself with a BIG chip on my shoulder, that is a mentallity useful this day in age, and it can be taught!!

About the lesson

Risk assesment, physical/mental assesment, guage client goals, construct a plan of action with the client and his/her support system, Institute a progressive plan, build and maintain skills and focus on client needs, Continue support towards checking off the clients goals.

I let every client know that, even though they are a "client", I do not view the relationship in terms of "student/teacher". I want you to think of my training as an equal valuation, It can't happen without eahc other, I, myself get a lot out of the coaching relationship.

All ages and types, youth through Collegient level athletes/ non athletes. I have also worked with older adults.

Ask yourself first what are you willing to do to invest in your own goals. Why are you driven to suceed? Is it outside influenced or intrernally driven? I will trigger these motives, teach you correct form and work ethic, and try to push the right buttons.

Working with a player who found himself on th ebench his whole high school carreer, and over just one very strenuois summer of training 3 days/week found himself averaging 16 pts and 3 reb per game.
