About

After a lifetime of being an instructor, facilitator, leader, mentor, and homeschool mother of four, in 2015 I found my genuine career match as a Wholeness Coach upon completion of my first coaching program. I work with people wanting to bridge the gap from the way they're living now to whom they've always known themselves to be deep inside. My main focus is upon single mothers feeling frustrated and stuck, struggling to communicate with their tweens and teens. Those especially unsure and concerned about their children's sexual questions, identity, exposure, and beliefs.

Do you want to become a Mod Mama a legit legacy? Do you want your kids to know, honor, and be their full selves? Do you want your kids to be able to honestly communicate with care and compassion living the life of their dreams? Do you want to have ease of communication with your tween or teen? Do you want to be reconnected with them like when they were little?

My legacy and passion is Mama's rebuilding with their children after divorce.

Finished my first 6 month coaching program in July 2015. Went on to be the assistant to the student coordinator for the following program and a pod aka small group leader for the following 2 coaching programs. Then, this winter I did Eben Pagan's Virtual Coaching Program. Since my completion of that program and along with my coaching practice, have been holding an accountability group for other coaches.

About the lesson

Through questions and listening we identify what you're looking to achieve or resolve. Coaching with me includes clearing, education, advising, and integration. This is your work. I am here to hold your hand and shine the light on what needs attention to get from where you are to where you want to be.

Be prepared to enter our coaching agreement as an adult. You are responsible for your beliefs, how your emotions affect your communications and your life, and your actions.
