About Dupree
Hello Superstar! My name is Dupree Morgan. My wife Ebony Morgan and I will be responsible for helping you transform on your fitness journey. 12 years as a multi sport athlete has helped me create a formula that has inspired my wife to lose 80 pounds in 6 months (over 100lbs total). We like to prepare the mind before the body with breathing techniques and stretching before and after each workout. After each session you will feel accomplished, centered and motivated for your next session. If you have any question let us know.
We enjoy EVERYTHING about the work we do! After the pandemic & our personal journeys , we've been inspired to help as many people as possible get back in shape mentally and physically. Life is a journey, and we understand that physical fitness is the BEST discipline to keep you going.
