About Hanneberit
As a former professional concert violinist and current psychotherapist, I have over 10 years experience with personal and performance coaching. My specialties include performance and speech coaching as well as depression, anxiety, having-the-blues, feeling lost, empty nesters, and most other things related to wanting more out of life!
Coaching is the most rewarding profession there is! There is nothing better than to see another human being regain purpose in life and thrive again.
I began coaching about 5 years ago, when I learned more about how and when change happens, and how helpful it is to have your own personal coach, as opposed to try and change difficult habits by oneself.
I was a professional concert violinist as well as adjunct professor in various cities in the US. In addition, I have a doctorate in musical arts as well as a masters in mental health. I am a licensed professional clinical therapist with supervisory certificate. As such, I ahve a ton of experience helping others succeed and overcome issues, stuckness, fears, etc.

1. We meet and discuss in detail what your goals are and what you want to accomplish most of all.
2. We then come up with near term goals and long term goals.
3. Then is my favorite part, which is to write down a fantastic action plan that you can use right away.
4. Next we set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings, where we discuss and build on your progress and successes!
All kinds. I thought I would have mostly art and performance clients, but they have mostly been people who wanted more purpose and just more out of life. I have also coached many medical students, for some reason :)
Find someone who has experience and who you bond with. But experience and education are key!
