The people at Trainerspace are helpful and most professional. They get the most out of you and get you to work towards your goals everyday. Trish, Cary and all the trainers are the best in the area. My hats off to them. Oh yeah, the facility is second to none.

What an incredible facility! From the ambiance the moment you walk in, to the amazing & top of the line equipment, this place makes me WANT to work out! Every piece of equipment is meticulously maintained, and you'll never have to wonder where someone walked off to with the cable attachment you needed. The giant fans keep the air moving and they always have towels available. You can tell the owners paid attention to every little detail! The locker rooms rival (if not put to shame) the locker rooms in even the fanciest of spas. Can't wait to go back!
