I'm a 30 year veteran to the fitness industry. I don't typically enjoy taking group fitness classes but I always enjoyed Reggie's classes. He sticks to basics, he challenges you without having you do weird exercises that are potentially dangerous. He stresses proper form and safety first; two things that are vital but are often left lacking in group/Crossfit type classes. He is great at coming up with exercises on the fly to accommodate extra people when they show up unexpectedly to class and modifications for people working around an injury. He is constantly investing in certifications and classes to expand his already vast knowledge base and experience so that he always brings the best to his clients. Beyond all of that, Reggie is a person of high moral character who genuinely cares about his clients. He's the kind of person you don't have to worry about being around your children and you can also be comfortable working out with him as a woman . He is a gentleman, a professional and a family man; you never have to worry about unwelcome advances or inappropriate comments from Reggie. Any woman who has spent any length of time around a gym can tell you that's not always the case. Reggie is an excellent trainer regardless of your fitness level. He can meet you where you are and help you get to whatever fitness level that you aspire to.
