About Ike

I am a former Human Intelligence Collector (HUMINT)for the U.S. Army with experience in multiple locations around the world to include both conflict zones as well as Europe and Central and North America. I spent 3 years teaching other soldiers how to become HUMINT soldiers with a very high success rate in a course that fails over 90 percent of the participants even after multiple retest. I was also a platoon leader (Drill Sargent) at the school house where each platoon had 6 classes and each class had 38 students so at any given time I was in charge of 228 soldiers who had to be guided and trained in a variety of tasks from advance rifle marksmanship to the proper way to ask a question. I also ensured there where no scheduling conflicts when it came to the soldiers medical Appoitments and additional duties. Some of the soldiers duties included tasks that involved the soldiers being awake and alert for 24 hours before being relieved of duty. This meant as a leader I had to ensure that soldier did not do anything that would indanger that individual after those 24 hours tasks where completed such as drive home or handle a weapon.

When dealing with individual not only from all over the United States but from all over the world you have to be very aware of cultural and personal issues that may arise during the duty day and resolve the conflict in a way that does in insult/belittle either parties culture or personal belief system. Now with all that being said I can put a program together that will be tailored to your particular needs/wants. It will be a program for just you and your situation and work environment once I am aware of if much time you have and how long you have to learn the materials I will put together and provide you with.

I will warn anyone that wants to become either a first time leader or a better leader that leadership is fluid and subjective which makes it one of the most difficult things master and gain not only the respect of your subordinates but their willingness to do the task right because they do not want their leader to either be disappointed or look bad when their boss is around. So hopefully when you use the tools and social skill I teach you in our sessions you are able to implement them in such a way that you are able to inspire your employees to behave in a way that requires little to no correction thru out the day which would be the best possible out come.
