About Janie
At Agape Acres we primarily focus on providing adaptive riding and therapeutic riding lessons to children with special needs. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a heart to serve anyone that will benefit from riding horses. Our mission is to share the unconditional love of Christ (Agape love) by providing equine therapy, equine assisted activities and therapeutic riding lessons to children with special needs. We also offer a veteran program and provide a ground school and we have an equine restoration platform for survivors of human trafficking. Our center is a member of PATH international, the professional association of therapeutic horsemanship. I am a certified therapeutic riding instructor which means I have been trained to adapt the lesson to fit the needs of the special needs child.

Perfect! Janie was wonderful with my granddaughter. She explained things very well and the quality of horse provided was superior to any lesson horse we have experienced so far. All in all, a great experience.
