About Tayla

With over 20 years of working with horses, riding and training, we have decided to work with the public and offer lessons over the phone as well as in person. Our main focus is western pleasure.

Having a bachelors in equine management, equine nutrition and communication, we pride ourselves in working with horses and people to help you understand your horse which then in turn helps you communicate with your horse in a way they understand as well.

We got started teaching in the state of Alaska and did that for many years, recently moving to South Dakota and brought our horses and passion right along with us.

Over 20 years of experience in training, working with and rehabilitating horses.

About the lesson

We watch the communication between the rider and horse. We can come to you, or you can come to us, our facility is always open and willing to help however we are able to.

We have worked with all different types of students, we are a non-discriminating facility. Just give us a call and we can discuss what we can offer.

Find someone that is patient with you and your horse, that can give one on one attention even in a group setting.

Well we haven't had many recent events due to covid-19 and social distancing. We are offering social distanced classes for up to 4 people at one time. Our outdoor riding area is large enough to accommodate up to 10 riders at one time, however we are trying to make sure we are allowing people to be as comfortable as possible during your ride and lesson.
