As a true beginner, (couldn't read music) and older student near retirement, I found Thomas to be accepting, patient and encouraging. Weekly lessons were steady and consistent, which I appreciated. I stuck with it and with the role model Thomas was, have continued studying guitar. It is true - it's never too late to start learning guitar. I love the instrument and appreciate those who have achieved performance level and are accomplished instructors as well. Thomas is very passionate and helpful. He always has wisdom he's willing to share to help a student better there performing or their arrangements. I only had one lesson with Thomas at ASU, he was subbing for my instructor, but there are things in that lesson that I am still reaping the rewards for today. I highly recommend if you have a chance to take lessons with him.
