About Luke

I provide professional service to those seeking to learn guitar of all ages and levels. This includes music theory, reading music, sight-reading, technique, harmony, and this relating towards any genre in which you want to learn. I'm very flexable in my approach towards teaching. For example if you wanted to learn a song we'll not only learn the song but everything that goes into the song. If there's palm muting we'll aim it towards that direction, a solo or riff that is giving you trouble we'll find the solution, as well as harmonic analyzation, and basic music theory.

I received my music degree from Chicago Columbia College. I've been teaching for 10 years as a a freelance guitar instructor around Chicago and Northern Suburbs. I've also been apart of Taylor Robinson Music to do the very same thing.

I always remember that music is for fun.

It allows me to share my knowledge of music which is both helpful for me as a working musician and to any student I'm teaching.

About the lesson

Guitar lessons offered by Luke are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Skokie. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
