About Hani
I have been playing guitar for years, and am currently recieving a college level education in music(guitar). I love to play a variety of music from the blues to classical, and am profiecient in theory as well as muscianship; of course I can teach chords and jams as well as beautiful solos. I have been a tutor in other subjects, but I'm excited to try music teaching. I have created music videos with thousands of views, worked with different bands, and am now working on releasing an album.
This would be my first time teaching music. Please give me a shot!
I am currently enrolled in a music major program at Pasadena City College. As well as working with bands, and solo work.

As this is a new process for me. I will likely begin by asking a student what his/her goals are for music. His/Her expectations or dreams. After we have outlined a goal i.e. learning to read music, we can work specifically on materials and studies in order to work towards reaching that goal.
I would tell the student that working towards a goal in music is admirable, and is extremely rewarding; it may be difficult in the beginning but like anything there is a learing curve, and when you reach your goal it is so satisfying.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should be aware of what it is they want to get out of teaching. Even if its one song to play in front of friends or to be the next Steve Vai, just think about it.

35 dollars an hour. Price is negotiable based on student level, distance, is gas going to be covered seperatly. What services are required and the intensity of teaching.
