About Max
I am well versed in all guitar styles. I have played in blues, rock, heavy metal, fingerstyle, R&B and jazz projects. I am currently studying music composition at University of Pittsburgh. I have done a wide array of guitar repairs and modification. I am one of the most versatile and dynamic guitar players around.
As long as I'm playing and talking about music I'm happy. The guitar has brought me more joy than anything over the years and any time I get to spend sharing it is enjoyable.
I am studying music composition at the University of Pittsburgh. I have studied the guitar extensively for over 20 years. I have played in many settings with many different people.

First I assess what the student already knows about music and the guitar, than I work on what their specific goals and interests are. After I get a feel for the person and what they want to learn I begin to feed them different forms of information to see what will stick and what is more effective.
