About Pam

Lakeside Music Studio inspires students to pursue their passion for becoming musicians by providing comprehensive music education suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you're interested in learning the piano, guitar, or bass guitar, we can accommodate your needs. Pam Aldredge, our instructor, has over 40 years of experience in the music industry, performing across the United States and internationally. Her aim is to help people learn and enjoy playing music at any level, adding a fun and engaging approach that creates a comfortable learning environment. Lessons can be conducted in person or online via Zoom or Google FaceTime.

I have been in the music business for over 50 years. I starting teaching because a teacher friend heard me play piano and said ” why aren't you teaching". Many people started asking me that so I started my journey to teach others what I love to do.

I have been playing all the instruments I teach my entire life. My mother was my first teacher then the moved me on to other teachers I have studied music by attending music with shops and conferences all over the united states. I owned a recording studio at one point in my life. I traveled and sang all over the United States and I Have recorded 5 albums. I have trained with many instructors. Some on college level.

About the lesson

My process is in using method books teaching the students to get familiar with the Key Board or fret board first . Then we move on to lesson , theory and performance songs.I believe music learning is 3 dementional . You see, your hear, you play, or hear, see, play.

All ages and all ethnic back grounds.

Find a teacher that you can relate too. One who really sees your potential and works hard to pull the gift of music out of you.

All my recital are the tipping point of my teaching experience.
