About Michael
25 year old guitar play/producer and composer looking to give very cheap lessons in the Grand Rapids MI area. I have over 10 years experience writing, playing, and producing music and am looking to expand further into teaching. Im an ideal teacher for young adult/adult beginners and semi intermediate players.
My teaching style as a guitar instructor is flexible and student-centered, balancing structure with creativity. I adapt each lesson to the student’s individual goals while ensuring a strong foundation in guitar technique and music theory. I emphasize creativity and self-expression, encouraging students to explore their unique musical voice. A typical lesson with me combines focused technical exercises with work on the students point of interest.
