About Glenn

Creativity is the means and the ends. I help people mine their own creative desires and bring them into existence. Let me help you realize your vision and potential!

I don't know if there's anything better in life than seeing a creative person realize their creation! And, if I can be a part of helping that happen, it is incredibly gratifying!

My teaching started organically, with clients requesting private lessons with me from those I worked with in the music industry. This led to teaching 15 years in association with three instrument stores around Kansas City.

I have a broad range of experience, from leading an award winning eight-piece band seven years, to working with countless musicians as a teacher, coach, producer, and engineer, to working as a Special Education Paraprofessional and managing a business, to Human Resources training, I can excell and relate to a vast variety of clients and needs.

About the lesson

We establish in clear terms exactly what you want to accomplish and lay out manageable steps to get there. I enjoy relating to a broad range of clients, abilities and personalities. We establish kind, thorough, and consistent communication and ensure the client realizes goals in a reasonable timeline.

I've worked with everyone from professional musicians, to small children, to clients with special needs, and everyone in between. I love finding the learning style of the individual and helping them unlock their potential!

Every student and every teacher are unique. Don't be afraid to try a few different teachers, as you will inevitably fit better with some more than others. Plus, the simple act of changing teachers periodically can help you in all sorts of ways, giving you a more well-rounded experience and access to more knowledge.

I am most pleased with the taking on of new clients through word of mouth. I recently acquired a contract with a client who was given my name by a past associate. To me there is no better grade to my work.

I continually receive positive feedback about my work, and that keeps me going!
