- A young mentee from a recent program was interviewed on NBC Nightly News and CBS Sunday Morning about her original orchestral composition. She shined in the spotlight!

- Another student from over 4 years ago just reached out to see how things have been! They wound up being accepted to their dream school.

- One young student was so nervous about how her end of the year performance went (it was truly, truly wonderful) that she ran out afterward. I managed to track her down in the school and have a conversation about perfectionism, art, and life. A teaching moment. She signed up again for the course next year!
