I began tutoring in high school, opened my own small business in high school, tutored more in college, and expanded my geographic territory for my business in college. I worked full time in summers during college and after for a large management consulting firm. At a point in time, I was required to sign a non-compete and sadly transitioned my personal business to a trusted colleague. I have reached the point of expiration on my non-compete agreements and am excited to return to helping the individuals and businesses who see immediate gains from my time and expertise. Personal, personal, personal. My business is personal. If you, or your organization, are not ready to discuss your needs with me by phone, then we probably shouldn't work together.

If you're ready and willing to take 5 minutes or 30 minutes by phone to discuss your needs, we'll both be a lot happier. I'll be a lot happier in that I can actually help with your needs. You'll be a lot happier in that you see a progress path forward!

And if you don't know what your goal is, that's okay. We can work together on that. But we have to talk first. It's the only way that we can be on the same page about your needs and what I can offer.

Young, old, hobbyist, small business, executive. From full service for those who need someone to do it all to "silent advisor" for the executive who just needs someone in their court to "tell it like it is". No student too small or "too large". Neither too basic nor too complex.

Talk to the person you are considering for hire. E-mail is great. But spend time on the phone or in a coffee shop. If your need is worth "paying for", then you can afford a few minutes on the phone or in person. A few minutes together before hiring them could really save a headache later.
