About Taylor

Golfers like yourself, need a road map with specific and measurable goals to reach your personal best. I am here to become your golf coach and make your golfing experience fun and enjoyable.

I grew up in the Texas Hill Country in a small town called Fredericksburg, TX. While living in Fredericksburg, I started learning the game of golf at the age of twelve years old. Once I got to high school, I decided to try out for the Fredericksburg High School Golf Team. I was fortunate to play on the team all four years while excelling in the classroom and earning academic all district.

During the summer months in between high school, I began to compete in the Southern Texas PGA Junior tournament series. The STPGA Junior tournament series provided me a leg up over the competition while preparing for college at Sam Houston State University.

I was accepted into the Sam Houston State PGA Golf Management Program, a 5-year program helping aspiring golf professionals work towards becoming a Class- A Professional for the PGA of America, while finishing my major in general business at a 4-year college.

After graduating from Sam Houston State University, I settled in San Antonio to become the Head Coach for The First Tee of Greater San Antonio. I am blessed to help underprivileged youth learn the game of golf and important character development skills.
