About Mark

I have been blessed to be in a profession for over 30 years now that began with playing golf with my father.

My first professional job was at Los Coyotes Country Club here in Southern California. I have been teaching since 1983.

I started playing at age 9, through High School and into College. A good foundation, but not necessarily a guarantee of a good golf instructor. What makes my expertise exceptional is my study of the golf swing & the game for the past forty years. Great students usually turn into great teachers.

About the lesson

If they are brand new to the game, one of my Beginning Golf Classes is the ideal fit.

If they have any prior golf experience a one hour session with video is typical protocol. I don't believe that a student should suffer through any change/s during the lesson--I tell every student that has instruction from me that the improvement will be immediate--any thing less is simply poor instruction.

I have worked with countless beginners through the years as well as professional tour players.

Ask someone you know that is a golfer--it is more than likely they have had a lesson. If they had a great lesson, hopefully my name is the one that comes up : )

Seeing a brand new student start the hour a bit nervous and end the hour full of confidence and a huge smile on their face!
