About Emma
I am a third year German World Language Education student at the University of Oklahoma and have been studying German for seven years. I have studied abroad in Germany two times and plan for a third soon. I will help students achieve their goals through innovative teaching practices and helpful hints for grammar and language acquisition. I will graduate as a double major with a teaching certification.
I love teaching and have always wanted to be a teacher, so I decided to do it as a career.
I am a full time education student, and I am studying to receive my teaching certification at the end of my time at my university.

I evaluate the level of the student and the areas in which the student needs the most help, and devise my course of instruction from there.
I have worked with all age groups, and many middle schoolers.
You need to work with someone who teaches in a style that meshes with how you learn. If you feel that the teacher does not adapt to your learning style, find a new teacher.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I think that you need to think about what you struggle with the most, but also what areas of language you are most successful in. Also, which avenues of input have been most helpful for you in the past in your language classroom.
