About Katherine

As a Polish American, I grew up speaking two languages; Polish and English. I later moved to Leysin, Switzerland when I was fourteen years old. There, I learned to speak French as well as the Swiss culture. Then, I moved to Paris where I studied Film and Theatre. Living in Paris not only improved my French, but also gave me the opportunity to learn about French culture. I can relate to beginner French speakers from my own experiences and guide you through the French language and culture.

As a Film and Theatre Major I enjoy applying theatrical methods to my teaching. I find that using this technique motivates students and creates a fun learning environment for my the student and myself alike.

About the lesson

French lessons offered by Katherine are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in New York. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
