About Lalainia
As an employee for a public school district I am trained and tested yearly for health and safety concerns. My position within the Special Ed./Behavior department requires me further specialized training that helps me help my learners move forward towards their goals. I believe for some people, being low in reading and writing levels not only holds them back in terms of getting through a day, but it also in turn can affect ones self esteem and feelings of safety and well being in the world around them. I love helping people learn to read and write. I am mostly experienced with young children and ESL learners.

My lessons are specialized to an individuals needs. I like to try several techniques and methods to see which ones are most enjoyable or more comfortable for my students. My goal is to set my learners up for success beginning with knowing their areas of need. I like to use games, videos, personalization, Q and A and other fun learning tools to keep moral and interest high. I have been working in classrooms for over 20 years. I love what I do.
