About Brandon

As a former SEC football player at Vanderbilt University, I have years of knowledge on football, sports psychology and graduated with a Bachelor's in Medicine, Health and Society. While my main focus is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals and improve on their athletic abilities, I make it known that I attempt to do so through the incorporation of physical, mental, and spiritual practices. I believe that in order to be a complete athlete, one must be sound on all levels of life in order to achieve maximum success.
