About Attis
I provide one on one coaching that meets the client where they are at and help them grow into the best athlete they can be.
As a former college athlete I took my game to the next level when I had one on one training and I enjoy doing that for someone else.
I have always enjoyed learning about exercise science and physiology I started with training myself then friends and family before I became a professional trainer after college.
I have a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science and I have played baseball through the college level.

I typically look for weakness and strength in the clients performance and improve their weakness and help the become a more well rounded player. For personal training I take the clients goal and find the fastest route to reach that goal.
All ages and fitness goals
Look for someone that can train you in the barbell exercises they are the best piece of equipment for any goal and not everyone can teach it.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How committed am I to my health and well being? What am I willing to give up? How much time am I willing to commit to my exercise?
