before working with a new client i like to have an expectations/goal meeting.  I am clear about my training philosophy, what a client can expect from me and the desired outcomes. then if a client feels I am a good fit, we discuss their training goals and how they can be achieved  within my training  philosophy.

I have worked with a variety of athletes ages 8-25 with varying degrees of ability and experience. From an 8 year old learning the basics, to All-State athletes, to athletes preparing for a world championship meet, I have worked with every skill level

Do your research.  Look for someone who plans to work with you long term.  There are no quick fixes to reaching your true potential, true skill development in the throwing events comes with progression and regression and you can't expect to become some star in 2-3 weeks
